Dr. Ryan: What we really do is we give people the opportunity to really empower themselves, empower their lives, empower their families. Because there’s so many different people with so many different backgrounds and so many things that they have talents, they have gifts, they have this potential that they’ve been given. So we can help them reach that. And it’s so much bigger than correcting the spine, and so much bigger than giving them the right supplement, and so much bigger than, you know, making sure that everyone is leaving with a smile on their face, you know, that fuels the passion. But there’s also that bigger aspect that opens up their world to what they’re going to be able to do now that they couldn’t do before. And that is what we wake up every morning to do. You know, that’s what the world-changing, the life-changing, the whole conscious-changing environment and condition that we can produce by helping people with their most important asset, which is their health.
Dr.Jessica: I think it’s an amazing thing to be able to go out of a room after you’ve adjusted a child and just know that you were literally the hands of God at that moment, that you were doing exactly what you’re supposed to do.
Dr. Ryan: We have the opportunity to influence, we have the opportunity to help, I want to do it 100%. Because I know that somebody who is subluxated or who’s not living to their best quality of life, is somebody who is missing out. So, we’ve got to help that person, you know, and we’ve got to help everybody that they know because, like I said, when you start moving towards better health and a greater lifestyle, greater quality of life, there’s no going back.
Dr.Jessica: I don’t really see my job as work at all. I love coming to work., I love coming to practice and taking care of families.
Dr. Ryan: It’s pretty neat to be able to wake up in the morning and know that somebody’s life is gonna change as soon as you step out of bed, you know, so it makes you not want to hit that snooze button for sure. There’s so much that goes into the journey, and the journey had a journey. You know, I mean, I came from Milwaukee, I drove up here, I proposed to Dr. Jessica on the way.
Dr.Jessica: And we know that God put us together for a reason as husband and wife, for sure, but definitely as business partners and doctors together too because our specialties come from the passion that God gave to us in our hearts.
Dr. Ryan: I remember getting to the point where we had everything approved. And I remember the long mahogany table that we sat at the bank and there were two bankers, and he hands me this, like, you know, $2,000 dollars fountain pen, probably, and I had to sign it. And right when I was about to sign it, I’m talking a couple of millimeters off the page. Literally, the world stopped and I heard this voice say, “Are you sure? Are you absolutely positive?” And I said, “Yeah.”
Dr.Jessica: And as scared as you are to open that door day one, “Here is a patient. Yay. It’s working. We’re doing what we’re supposed to be doing.” And not only we’re doing what we’re supposed to be doing, we are thriving in it, and we’re helping people. And really in the big picture, we can’t take anything with us. All we can take with us is the fact that we helped somebody else.
Dr. Ryan: The journey has been a blast, and I can’t wait to see what the next part of it is going to reveal. Our patients are why we do what we do. You know, when it comes down to it, there’s a sense of connection, there’s a sense of relationship, there’s a sense of this is the place for them and they’re the person for us.
Dr.Jessica: I want to thank you for the trust that you have to allow me to take care of your family. And finally, thank you for allowing me to fulfill my mission and my dreams. Because without you, I wouldn’t be able to do that. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Dr. Ryan: Thank you for having the inspiration to want to make a change in yourself and others, and recognizing the fact that you make a difference.
