Becoming a Patient

In order to determine whether you qualify as a patient in our office, your first visit has been separated into a few simple steps. This process will also allow for clinical precision in our ability to prepare a recommendation that is the best course of treatment for you and your condition.

Step 1

Application

You will be welcomed by our staff and asked to complete our New Patient Application. Many patients choose to download, print and fill this form at home to save time in the office. We simply ask that you be as thorough as possible, as the more information you provide, the better we can support your care.

Step 2

Consultation

Once your application is complete, you will have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Ryan and/or Dr. Jessica. This visit is designed to review your concerns, discuss your health or performance goals, and identify the underlying cause of your current condition.

Step 3

Examination

A comprehensive evaluation of your spine, posture, and overall body function provides a clear baseline of your current health. This allows your doctor to build a personalized treatment plan, objectively track your progress, and guide you toward consistent, predictable results.

Step 4

Digital X-Rays

Depending on the findings of your examination, the doctor may recommend a radiographic evaluation using our state-of-the-art, hospital-grade digital X-ray technology. This allows us to gather the precise information needed to accurately assess the severity of your condition and identify any underlying spinal damage.

Step 5

Review

Our doctors will review the results of your examination to determine whether they can help you. During this step, any clinically significant findings will be clearly explained in relation to the underlying cause of your condition, your expected prognosis, available care options, and the specific action steps needed to achieve your desired results.

Step 6

Approval

Once you are accepted as a patient, we will review your care plan and financial options with you. Our goal is to provide the greatest value and highest level of care while keeping your investment as manageable as possible. We will also work with you and your insurance provider to help ensure you receive the care you need to create lasting results, without unnecessary financial strain.
