I am the proud mother of 3 beautiful children, one energetic dog, and 5 fish. My handsome husband and I jumped at the opportunity for him to be stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson. I am active in the Family Readiness Group for the spouses in the Army and have earned the Commander's Award For Civilian Service. We have been stationed in Georgia, but are originally from Utah. I love the outdoors, and strive to share with our children a sense of adventure and compassion. I feel that every person has the ability to take charge of their own life and find a way to express their true self while showing kindness in any situation.
When not at work, you can usually find me singing 80’s music with my littles, running with my husband, in yoga class, crafting, or fact checking.
I had my start in healthcare as an Assistant Teacher for Special Needs students. I feel that helping people is a blessing for all involved and sometimes you just need a little laughter to help move through the emotions of this world. It helped guide me towards my certification in Medical Office Administration to better understand the healthcare system to serve my community.
When I walked into Whole Family Chiropractic for the first time, it instantly felt like home. The care that the doctors and staff have for their patients exudes kindness and authenticity. It is reflected in our patients who are in transition to better health, whether maintaining or just starting their journey. I am inspired every day as each person shares their chapter of life with us.
I am so glad to be apart of the Whole Family Chiropractic team and can't wait to get to know each and every patient that walks through our door. You'll find me in the back cheering you on while we take the next step in your therapy.
