I was born and raised in Alaska, but I’ve spent time in Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii and somehow always end up coming back home. I have been a diversified athlete since I was 14; I have competed in track and field, basketball and was Alaska’s state bodybuilding champion in 2007. I have also trained in Strongman techniques and run in various distance races. I believe wholeheartedly in living a healthy lifestyle, keeping oneself active and living life to the fullest.
I have worked in health care for 5 years, and I have been a certified personal trainer for 9 years. I am currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition, however after combining my experience in healthcare and my experience as a personal trainer, my heart is set in the direction of furthering my education in a realm that allows me to help patients overcome their injuries or illness.
I love to help people and to make people laugh, in conjunction with a healthy mind and body; I believe laughter is as important to health as any ingredient to achieve a healthy life.
I feel that I am truly blessed to be a part of the Whole Family Chiropractic team and I am excited to contribute to our continuing success!
